Where to find embersilk

Don't go there if you are below level Bastion of Twilight is a level 30 raid instance and it's located near the southwest border of Twilight Highlands. It's on the small island floating at the very top of a tower, you have to fly up to find the entrance coordinates This is the best palce to farm Embersilk, you can get around cloth every hour.

Gather every mob in the marked area, kill them all, loot, and run out. Reset the instance by right clicking over your own portrait and click "Reset all instance". You can only reset an instance 10 times in an hour. You will see the Restless Soldier and Restless Infantry bash each other to 19k health, which means it is easy to kill them. The respawn rate is high, you will never run out of them. These guys hit hard, don't pull too many of them. In 30 minutes I managed to gather only around embersik cloths and 3 greens, i'd say in average i got around Bastion of twilight on the other hand, in 30 minutes dropped me 10 greens, 3 transmog purples, and more than embersilk cloth.

Twilight phase-twisters seems to be the ones with the higher drop rate, there. Comment by gbalkam BoT farming for embersilk- 39 minutes time left on potion of treasure seeking embersilk cloth and 2 tiny chests. Seems like tiny chest drops inside the instance are greatly reduced as compared to drops outside instances.

I tried Obelisk of the moon before BoT, got 75 cloth and 7 tiny chests in about 5 minutes. The mobs at Obelisk of the Moon don't really spawn fast enough at my level to make this as good as BoT though, even with the higher drop rate of tiny chests.

Below level 90 ish it would probably be a fairly decent place to farm, depending on how long it takes you do clear the trash in BoT or if you are still to low to solo the trash in BoT. At lower level, it used to take me about 6 minutes to clear all the soldiers on the steps, by which time the ones I killed first had respawned. At lev it took me about 2 minutes, so this meant a lot of time waiting.

BoT is the place to go for embersilk, but I wouldn't bother spending the gold or mats for the potions of treasure finding here. Mythic makes it a 10 man raid with less trash mobs in it, without the size option. Each kill will drop between 1 to 3 embersilk and spawns relatively quick.

Check out the map to see the exact location. Twilight Highlands is also a good place to find Embersilk in WoW. The ogres might be slightly harder to kill but they do reward accordingly.
